For Seating Choice E:

• Rows are approximately 18 inches apart;
• Lane clearance to be at least 4 to 5 feet.
• Folding chairs in Row 1 can be reduced for wheelchair access.

Reservations are recorded on a first come, first serve basis. Once you submit the form, a Park and Recreation Employee will contact you to confirm your reservation details and collect payment if the facility is available at that time.

A minimum 5 days advanced-notice is required to setup the requested room configuration.  

Note: Park and Recreation tables and chairs are NOT allowed outside the facility. Outside tables and chairs are NOT allowed to be used inside the facility.
